Papers required for Admission (at the time of Admission) :

ভর্তির সময় যা যা প্রয়োজন : [নির্দেশাবলী ঠিক করে পড়ুন।]
অভিভাবক (বাবা অথবা মা) ও ছাত্রের সাক্ষর সহ ফর্মের প্রিন্ট আউট। ছাত্রসহ অভিভাবকের নির্দিষ্ট দিনে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে অ্যাডমিশন ফি সহ উপস্থিতি।
দুই কপি পাশপোর্ট সাইজ রঙিন ফটোগ্রাফ। এক কপি ফর্মে আঠা দিয়ে সেটে দিতে হবে, অন্য কপির পেছনে নাম লিখে জমা দিতে হবে।
মাধ্যমিকের মার্কশীট ও অ্যাডমিট কার্ডের অরিজিনাল সহ জেরক্স কপি।
আধার কার্ডের অরিজিনাল সহ জেরক্স কপি।
এসসি, এসটি, ওবিসি, পিএচ ছাত্রদের ক্ষেত্রে ওই ক্যাটাগরির সার্টিফিকেটের (অরিজিনাল সহ) জেরক্স কপি।
অন্য স্কুলের ছাত্রদের ক্ষেত্রে স্কুল লিভিং সার্টফিকেট।
যাদের ব্যাঙ্কে অ্যাকাউন্ট আছে, পাশ বইয়ের যে পাতায় অ্যাকাউন্ট নাম্বার, ব্রাঞ্চের নাম, আইএফএসসি কোড লেখা আছে সেই পিতার জেরক্স।
এছাড়া অ্যাডমিশন ফর্মের পেছন পাতায় ব্যাঙ্কের এই সমস্ত তথ্য লিখে দেবেন।
