• For taking the following subjects minimum marks in respective subjects must be as follows

  Mathematics or Statistics	35% in Mathematics
  Physics or Chemistry	35% in Physical Science
  Biology	35% in Life Science
  Geography	35% in Geography
  Computer Science	35% in Mathematics

• Subjects available for Science /Commerece / Arts
  Students have to select three Compulsory Elective Subjects & One Additional Elective Subject from any of the following set of subjects; i.e. the choice must be confined to any one of following Sets of Subjects.

• How to Apply Online

  Before Applying online
  1. Read above instruction carefully
        নির্দেশাবলী ঠিক করে পড়ুন।
  2. Decides which stream you want to take within eligiblity criterion.
        উপরিউক্ত শর্ত মেনে কোন বিভাগ নিতে চান ঠিক করুন। একাধিক বিভাগে নিতে হলে একাধিক ফর্ম ফিলাপ করতে হবে।
  3. Chose four elective subjects you want to take and write down it.
        চারটি ইলেকটিভ বিষয় ঠিক করে রাখুন।
  4. Scan your Mark Sheet in PDF form to upload the PDF file.
        মার্কশীটের স্কান করে রাখুন বা ফটো তুলে রাখুন।  
• Procedure of Online Application
  FIRST STEP : FILL UP THE FORM ONLINE AND SUBMIT. ON SUBMISSION OF FORM, FORM NO WILL BE GENERATED. WRITE DOWN THE FORM NUMBER.
        অনলাইনে ফর্ম ফিলাপ ও মার্কশিট আপলোড করে সাবমিট করুন। ফর্ম নাম্বার জেনারেট হবে ওই ফর্ম নাম্বার খাতায় লিখে রাখুন।
  
  NEXT STEP : VIEW AND PRINT YOUR FILLED UP APPLICATION FORM USING FORM NO AND DATE OF BIRTH.
        ফর্মের প্রিন্ট আউট নিয়ে রাখুন।

  ভর্তির সময় যা যা প্রয়োজন : [নির্দেশাবলী ঠিক করে পড়ুন।]
  অভিভাবক (বাবা অথবা মা) ও ছাত্রের সাক্ষর সহ ফর্মের প্রিন্ট আউট। ছাত্রসহ অভিভাবকের নির্দিষ্ট দিনে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে অ্যাডমিশন ফি সহ উপস্থিতি।
  দুই কপি পাশপোর্ট সাইজ রঙিন ফটোগ্রাফ। এক কপি ফর্মে আঠা দিয়ে সেটে দিতে হবে, অন্য কপির পেছনে নাম লিখে জমা দিতে হবে।
  মাধ্যমিকের মার্কশীট ও অ্যাডমিট কার্ডের অরিজিনাল সহ জেরক্স কপি।
  এসসি, এসটি, ওবিসি, পিএচ ছাত্রদের ক্ষেত্রে ওই ক্যাটাগরির সার্টিফিকেটের (অরিজিনাল সহ) জেরক্স কপি।
  আধার কার্ডের অরিজিনাল সহ জেরক্স কপি।
  অন্য স্কুলের ছাত্রদের ক্ষেত্রে স্কুল লিভিং সার্টফিকেট।
  যাদের ব্যাঙ্কে অ্যাকাউন্ট আছে, পাশ বইয়ের যে পাতায় অ্যাকাউন্ট নাম্বার, ব্রাঞ্চের নাম, আইএফএসসি কোড লেখা আছে সেই পিতার জেরক্স।
  এছাড়া অ্যাডমিশন ফর্মের পেছন পাতায় ব্যাঙ্কের এই সমস্ত তথ্য লিখে দেবেন।
  
  Downloaded filled up form with signature of Candidates & Guardian.
  Two copy of passport size photograph. One should be pasted in the form, other loose with name in back.
  Photo copy (xerox) Madhyamik Marksheet & Admit Card. Also bring original copy.
  Photo copy (xerox) of S.C., S.T. or OBC Certificate for students of respective categories. Also bring original copy.
  Photo copy (xerox) AADHAAR card. Also bring original copy.
  School Leaving Certificate for the students of other schools.
  Those who has Bank account Bring photo copy (xerox) of the page ofPass Book containing Bank Name, Branch Name, Account No., IFSC Code .
  Also write Bank Name, Branch Name, Account No., IFSC on the back side of filled up admission form.
